Cannot download multiple files

I cannot download 3 or more files by selecting them and clicking download over the internet. It starts, and gives it the name of the folder the files are in with a .zip extension, but then fails with the following error:
Unable to download V11.zip from xxxxx.qnext.com.
An internal error occurred in the Microsoft Internet extensions.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with Qnext web file service.
Can you specify the exact browser version you use?
Please, try with a different browser to see if you still have troubles with downloading multiple files.
